Shipping policy

We pack and post every Dear Poppet order with care from our studio in Malaysia. Our goal is to get your handmade goodies to you as safely—and as quickly—as possible.
🕐 Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
- During sale periods or product launches, please allow up to 7 business days.
- Custom/bulk orders may require extra time, and we’ll inform you of the timeline upfront.
📦 Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We ship using EasyParcel, which partners with major couriers like J&T Express, DHL eCommerce, PosLaju and others.
- All parcels come with tracking, which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
💰 Shipping Rates
- We currently ship within Malaysia and Singapore. Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
West Malaysia – RM6.50 (Free for orders over RM150)
East Malaysia – RM15.00 (Free for orders over RM200)
Singapore – RM22.00 (Free for orders over RM250)
(Singapore Orders: Please note that Singapore Customs applies 9% GST on all imported goods. This tax is collected by the courier upon delivery. Our products (bibs, bows, scrunchies, etc.) are duty-free, but GST may still apply.)
- If you're located outside of Malaysia or Singapore and would like us to ship to your country, please reach out to us — we’re happy to help where we can!
- Occasionally we offer free shipping promotions—keep an eye on our Instagram or newsletter for updates!

🌍 International Orders

While we currently don’t offer international shipping at checkout, we’re happy to assist with worldwide orders on request!
- Simply get in touch with us to arrange delivery — we’ll do our best to make it happen. Please note that shipping fees, customs duties, VAT, and any applicable import taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
- We’re not able to estimate or cover customs charges, and delivery times may vary due to border processing.
📫 Delivery Issues
Once your parcel is handed over to the courier, it is out of our control—but we’ll always help where we can.
Dear Poppet is not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Delays or losses caused by the shipping provider
- Unclaimed parcels or failed delivery attempts
- Parcels stolen after confirmed delivery
